Hope: A bio-mechanical film

The goal of this film is to highlight an exoskeleton based on the 'Phoenix' suit from the company SuitX. I developed the film with a narrative approach that connected with viewers on an emotional level.
Process

The film went through a number or passes and iterations based on critiques from peers, professors, and other industry professionals. 

Below is an example of one of the major changes I made. In order to keep a consistent focus on the character and narrative, I removed a lot of noise from the environment that served for visual appeal alone.
Visual Development

The main goal behind the visual process was to find a mid point between industrial design, animation, and advertising. Along with this, I was also driven to inject some personality into my work and make it different from other 3D approaches.
